In Fool View at Goldsmiths College, London

Just posting random thoughts after the In Fool View premier...

Goldsmiths College Green

I quite liked this bit of the college, especially when there was a bit of sun. Which is an event by itself really! Any bit of sun in ol' blighty.

Studio 3

We performed at the studio space. This was the space before we transformed it! I really like the idea that a fairly ordinary room can be made totally atmospheric with the flick of a light switch. And I especially like to have the audience witness that moment of sudden transformation.

Remember that meme about the tape and the ballpoint pen?

Audio tapes, memories, nostalgia... So many of my college memories involve audio tapes. And yes, I am being nostalgic about tapes. As I suppose one generation will miss DVDs one day.

Dani Filth - eat your heart out

This moment really worked out beautifully. Here's to all those Goths at Goldsmiths! I love the colour contrast. I have cheated a bit with the settings on the Canon EOS 550D I am using, but still... this manages to look like a painting...

Yes, the CTB gel works!

Another moody moment.

Kalamandalam Gopi would be proud

This bit was inspired by a moment in a Kathakalli performance, where the 'one chance' is asked directly from the mooladhara!

Great premier

And the premier rocked! Woot!
